This is JavaScript code to generate a random list of fifty contact and UK style company names to use as test data in development.
Output is split 50/50 between male and female names. Company names are mainly generated using the surname with an appended random business type. There are also random company names included that are not based on the contact surname.
The data is output in a table format for ease of copying and pasting into Microsoft Excel and also as comma separated values.
Press the Generate Data button to generate a new batch of data.
